Our Approach
As Change Management Specialists, we have a four stage engagement model:
Stage 1: Discovery and Initiation
Our consultants take the time to understand the issues facing the client in order to develop a plan to accelerate change and deliver the most appropriate solution by: getting to know the people and the organisation, establishing the business objectives, financial targets and business case, exploring the business issues and learning what has already been tried and identifying what are seen to be the barriers to success.
Stage 2: Analysis and Design
Our consultants will then use various best practice techniques, including facilitating workshops, to understand the root causes of the issues and the scope for improvement. This requires a close working relationship with the executive team to build consensus around the real issues and what needs to be done.
Stage 3: Delivery Programme
Using best practice programme management, we can ensure success. This requires board level ownership through Sponsor Leadership and the Programme Steering Group, selecting your best people to work alongside our consultants in the various work streams, and building in feedback loops for prototyping as necessary .
Stage 4: Closure and Lessons Learned
The final stage is to jointly produce a closure report and present back to the executive on what went well and what can be improved upon. A post implementation review should also be conducted to validate the benefit realisation plan is correct.
